Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for a B2B Sales Manager (Edtech) based in Hyderabad. The B2B Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and targeting institutional and corporate clients, building strong relationships with decision-makers, and presenting Edtech solutions that address their learning and development needs. Daily activities include prospecting new leads, conducting sales meetings and product demos, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and managing the sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.



The role also involves collaborating with marketing and product teams to refine offerings, gathering client feedback, and preparing regular sales reports and forecasts. The manager will be expected to maintain a deep understanding of the Edtech market, competitor landscape, and client requirements.
Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the Edtech, SaaS, or education services sector.
Strong skills in lead generation, client relationship management, and consultative selling.
Ability to conduct effective product demos, presentations, and negotiate commercial terms.
Solid understanding of corporate training, education solutions, or learning technologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and reporting abilities, including pipeline management and forecasting.
Comfort working with CRM tools and basic productivity applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint).
