Govindah Nutrition is an IPO bound (DRHP approved) dairy products company focusing on building a mass premium dairy brand in central India with launch of pouch milk as well as value added milk products like yoghurt, milk shakes & high protein range
The company has launched a direct to consumer (D2C) subscription platform to supply milk & dairy products directly to consumer homes mainly in Bhopal & Indore city with 14,000 registered consumers as well as 100+ distributors covering whole of MP via retail

What This Job Is Really About

It is a daily execution role that directly reports to the founder, where you will own retail distribution demand, collection, crate recoveries operations & sales outcome tracking

Spends 20% of time in market shadowing the field team, verifying ground reality behind the numbers, and understanding (not directing) execution.

This is not a back-office coordination role or an analyst role who lives in excel and never leaves the office.




Ideally you should have worked in field sales and have the operational & analytical mindset to manage sales operations. If you are someone who tracks, calls, visits, analyses and closes on a daily basis, read on.

What You Will Own Every Single Day

Daily Demand & Dispatch Coordination

Collect daily demand from all field reps & distributors before plant cut-off proactively
Coordinate with plant and logistics to ensure dispatch accuracy; leakage and shortage discrepancies are cross-verified before 11 am

Payment Collection & Outstanding Control

Maintain a live distributor-wise outstanding tracker reviewed and acted upon twice daily, not weekly.
Any distributor with 2 consecutive days of non-payment gets flagged immediately no supply moves without documented reason and escalation.
Bank holiday, cash flow issues, and 'will pay tomorrow' are not acceptable without proof. Payment means UTR number or stamped deposit slip
Close every day with zero open payment items
