Role Description The Customer Insight Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad. This role involves gathering and analyzing customer feedback, support interactions, and satisfaction data to identify trends and areas for improvement. The person in this position will collaborate with customer support and service teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations, dashboards, and reports. Typical responsibilities include monitoring customer satisfaction metrics, conducting surveys or interviews, preparing regular insight summaries for management,



and supporting initiatives that improve customer experience. The role also involves close communication with internal stakeholders to ensure customer perspectives are integrated into product, process, and service decisions.
Qualifications

Strong customer-facing capabilities, including Customer Support and Customer Service skills.
Ability to analyze data and feedback, with solid Analytical Skills focused on customer insight and metrics.
Customer-centric mindset with experience in monitoring and improving Customer Satisfaction.
Effective Communication skills, including transparent written and verbal communication for reports, presentations, and stakeholder interactions.
Relevant experience in customer experience, support, insights, or operations; experience in a data-driven or service-focused environment is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, analytics, or a related field, or
