About the Role
We are looking for a Google Ads & SEO Specialist to manage paid search campaigns and SEO initiatives across the company’s digital portfolio. The role will focus on generating qualified leads, improving campaign efficiency and conversion rates, and growing sustainable organic traffic.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, and Demand Gen.
Develop keyword strategies, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and budget allocation plans.
Manage technical, on-page, and off-page SEO activities.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO opportunity analysis.
Optimize landing pages and support CRO initiatives to improve conversion rates.
Set up and monitor tracking through GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio.




Ensure accurate conversion tracking, attribution, and CRM integration.
Analyze campaign and SEO performance and provide actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Technology, CRM, and Sales teams to improve lead quality and overall marketing performance.
Requirements
2–5 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and SEO.
Strong understanding of performance marketing and lead-generation funnels.
Practical experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
Knowledge of conversion tracking, attribution, landing-page optimization, and CRO.
Solid analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making.
Ability to independently manage campaigns, analyze results, and implement optimizations.
Experience in real estate marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
