Role Description The City Head is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru, responsible for leading Karely’s operations and growth within the city. In this role, the City Head oversees local market strategy, caregiver supply and demand, and the overall quality of service delivered to families.



Daily responsibilities include managing city-level teams, coordinating caregiver recruitment and training, monitoring operational performance, and ensuring adherence to safety and service standards. The City Head collaborates with central teams on marketing initiatives, customer experience improvements, and process optimization, while building partnerships that support city-wide expansion. This role requires hands-on engagement with caregivers and families, regular field visits, and continuous evaluation of city operations to drive sustainable growth.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in city or regional operations management, including team leadership and performance oversight.
Strong skills in stakeholder management, with the ability to work closely with families, caregivers, partners, and internal teams.
