n Experience: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in a luxury wellness resort, Ayurvedic center, or high-end spa facility.
n Core Competency: Dual expertise in paramedic support for therapies and strong operational capabilities in managing wellness facility infrastructure.
n Location & Lifestyle: Full-time, in office resident role. Must reside on the sanctuary grounds (complete 24-hour executive accommodation and food provided).

n Location: Om Kalyanam Santhigiri Sanctuary (On-site)
n Type: Full-time Resident Role

n n Job Description
n n Guest & Doctor Liaison: Serve as the primary bridge of communication between doctors, therapists, and guests to ensure seamless execution of treatment plans.
n Facility Operations: Oversee the daily operations and immaculate maintenance of all wellness facilities, including Steam rooms, Saunas, Far-Infrared (UV) Saunas, Salt Rooms, and Locker areas.
n Therapist Scheduling: Manage daily therapist rosters, treatment room allocations, and therapy equipment preparation with zero delays.
n Treatment Room Hygiene: Ensure strict hygiene, room setup, oil/botanical supply management,



and 5-star linen standards across all consultation and treatment suites.
n Guest Orientation: Welcome guests to the Integrated Wellness Center, orienting them regarding facility use, pre/post-therapy protocols, and safety guidelines.
n n Must-Have Skills & Qualities
n n Solid paramedic training in Ayurveda, Siddha, or general patient care protocols.
n Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities to manage schedules, facilities, and team workflows efficiently.
n Professional guest-handling skills suited for interacting with HNWIs, NRIs, and international visitors.
n Fluency in English and Hindi (working knowledge of South Indian languages like Malayalam is an added advantage).
n Proactive problem-solving attitude with meticulous attention to detail and hygiene.
