Role Description The Subject Expert Live Instructor (History, Political Science, Geography) is a full-time remote role responsible for delivering engaging, interactive online classes to diverse learners. Instructors will design and present concept-focused lessons, explain complex historical, political, and geographical topics in explicit terms, and facilitate live discussions, Q&A; sessions, and doubt-clearing forums.

The role involves developing and updating curriculum and lesson plans aligned with PPStack’s learning objectives and digital formats,



integrating multimedia and interactive tools to enhance understanding. Instructors will assess learner progress through assignments, quizzes, and feedback sessions, and collaborate with academic and content teams to improve course materials and teaching strategies. The position also includes maintaining high standards of learner engagement, professionalism, and academic integrity in all live sessions.

Qualifications

- Strong subject matter expertise in History, including World History and American History.
- Demonstrated experience in Teaching and live instruction, preferably in online or blended learning environments.
- Proficiency in Curriculum Development and structuring lesson plans for History, Political Science, and Geography.
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly, foster interactive discussions, and adapt teaching style to different learning levels.
- Advanced degree in History, Political Science, Geography, or a closely related field (Master’s or higher preferred).
- Comfort with digital tools, learning platforms, and virtual classroom technologies; prior EdTech experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, strong classroom management in a virtual setting, and a learner-centered instructional approach.
