About Aim Ladder

Aim Ladder is a study abroad consultancy helping students with international university admissions, course selection, scholarships, visa guidance and career counselling.

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated college students to join us as Study Abroad Business Development & Counselling Interns.

This is a 3-month work-from-home internship where you will gain practical experience in lead generation, sales, business development and student counselling.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads of students interested in studying abroad through personal networks, social media, referrals, college contacts and other channels.

Contact and engage with prospective students, understand their study-abroad requirements and provide basic counselling using training and materials provided by Aim Ladder.

Follow up with interested students and coordinate with the Aim Ladder counselling team to convert qualified leads into successful student enrollments.

Maintain regular communication with prospective students and update lead status as required.

Work towards generating qualified student applications and successful enrollments.

Performance Incentive

Earn ₹10,000 for every successful student enrollment generated through your efforts.

The enrollment journey is





Lead → Counselling → Application → Offer → Fee Payment → Enrollment The ₹10,000 performance incentive will be applicable after the student completes the defined successful enrollment milestone.

Who Can Apply?

We are especially looking for college students who:

Are currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree

Have good communication and interpersonal skills

Are confident in speaking with students

Have positive networking and lead-generation abilities

Are interested in sales, marketing, business development or education

Can commit to the complete 3-month internship

No prior study-abroad experience is required. Training will be provided by Aim Ladder.
