A venture of Tridhi Technologies in partnership with Tridhi LLC (Irving, Texas, USA), NeoTridhi focuses on closing the gap between academic AI knowledge and real-world enterprise implementation.

The organization offers a hands-on 12-week AI Mastery Program covering Python, machine learning, large language models, prompt engineering, and leading AI platforms and tools, taught by practitioners who build production-grade systems. In addition to training, NeoTridhi’s AI Solutions Provider practice delivers custom enterprise AI products, from multi-agent Copilot Studio solutions to full-stack AI-powered platforms. Students and early-career professionals have opportunities to learn, build, and deploy AI solutions that support real business use cases.

Role Description The Student Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based at NeoTridhi’s AI campus in Vijayawada. Interns will assist in designing, developing, and testing AI and software prototypes under the guidance of senior engineers and trainers.

Day-to-day tasks may include data collection and preprocessing, basic Python scripting, contributing to machine learning experiments, documenting workflows, and preparing project reports and presentations. Interns will support training activities by helping with lab setups, debugging student code,



and organizing technical resources for cohorts. The role offers structured mentorship, exposure to enterprise AI projects, and opportunities to participate in end-to-end solution development from concept to deployment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational programming skills in languages such as Python, along with basic understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Candidates should possess introductory knowledge of machine learning concepts, statistics, and familiarity with AI tools or libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or similar).
- Candidates should possess solid analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to break down complex technical tasks and learn new technologies quickly.
- Candidates should possess effective written and verbal communication skills to document work clearly and collaborate with mentors, peers, and project stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess a collaborative mindset, professionalism, and the ability to work full time on-site in Vijayawada as part of cross-functional teams.
- Enrollment in or recent completion of a degree program in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Interest in enterprise AI applications, cloud platforms, and building production-ready systems will be considered a strong advantage.
