Role Description The Student Development Trainer is a part-time, in office role based in Bengaluru, responsible for supporting learners through structured training and guidance. In this role, the trainer designs and delivers engaging lessons, conducts interactive classroom sessions, and adapts teaching methods to varied learner needs.

Daily tasks include preparing lesson plans, facilitating workshops, monitoring student progress, and providing constructive feedback. The trainer collaborates with other education and training staff to ensure learning objectives are met, maintains accurate records of student performance,



and contributes to continuous improvement of training materials and methods.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with experience working directly with learners in academic or training settings.
- Ability to plan and organize effective lessons and training sessions, including Lesson Planning and Training skills.
- Clear and empathetic Communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts, give feedback, and engage diverse learner groups.
- Experience facilitating workshops or classroom sessions, and applying learner-centered teaching strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and manage part-time schedules effectively.
- Comfort with basic digital tools for presentations, learning materials, and learner tracking.
- Commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory practices and supporting learners from varied backgrounds.

Location: Jayanagar/ Kengari , Bengaluru Work Type: Freelance / Project-Based

Duration: 1 Week (Monday to Friday)

Payment: ₹2,000 per day

Working Hours: 6 hours per day

Timing: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
