- Identify niche areas of expertise within the organization and develop plans to attract top talent in these domains.

- Manage stakeholders across various functions, including business leaders, recruitment teams, and external partners.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organizational growth through strategic planning.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Proven track record of success in lateral hiring, niche hiring, stakeholder management, strategic planning, and technical recruiting.

- 8-13 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field (Non IT).
