Key Responsibilities Inventory Management • Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels.

• Monitor stock movements and ensure proper documentation.

• Conduct regular physical stock verification and cycle counts.

• Reconcile inventory discrepancies and take corrective actions.

Material

Receipt &

• Storage • Receive incoming materials and verify quantity and quality against purchase orders and delivery documents.

• Ensure proper storage and identification of sheet metal raw materials, components, and consumables.

• Maintain FIFO (First In, First Out) practices where applicable.

Material

Issue &

• Production Support • Issue materials to production as per approved requisitions.

• Ensure uninterrupted material availability to support production schedules.

• Track material consumption and report variances. Documentation &

• ERP Management • Maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), material issue records, and stock registers.

• Update inventory transactions in ERP/MRP systems.

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports. Coordination • Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Quality, and Logistics departments.

• Follow up on pending material receipts and shortages.





• Support audits and inventory reviews.

• Safety &

• Compliance • Ensure proper housekeeping and safety standards in the stores area.

• Follow company policies and inventory control procedures.

• Required Qualifications • Any Degree, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.

• 4–5 years of experience in stores and inventory management, preferably in sheet metal or manufacturing industries.

• Required Skills • Knowledge of inventory management and store operations.

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar).

• Good understanding of sheet metal raw materials and manufacturing consumables.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.

• Robust organizational and communication skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Inventory accuracy.

• Material availability for production.

• Timely GRN and material issue processing.

• Reduction in stock discrepancies.

• Compliance with inventory and safety procedures.

Pay: ₹490,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
