1. Sales and Revenue Generation:

- Achieve or exceed the store's monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Implement effective sales strategies and promotions to drive customer traffic and increase sales.
- Provide regular sales reports to management, including insights and recommendations for optimizing results.
- Analyse sales data and trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize the product mix.

2. Customer Service and Satisfaction:

- Ensure exceptional customer service and a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, resolving issues efficiently.
- Gather customer feedback and implement measures to enhance customer satisfaction.

3. Operational Efficiency:

- Maintain productive inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stock control.
- Optimize store layout and merchandising to enhance product visibility and customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage store resources effectively, including staffing, budgets, and facilities, with attention to detail in store maintenance and appearance.

4. Team Leadership and Development:

- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing and motivated team of store associates.
- Provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance reviews to support the growth and development of the team.




- Foster a positive work culture that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ensure the team is well-versed in brand knowledge, customer service policies, return/refund policies, and store SOPs.

5. Business Planning and Strategic Alignment:

- Contribute to the development and implementation of the store's business plan and strategic objectives.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and inform decision-making.
- Conduct ongoing competitor analysis to maintain competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with the regional/corporate team to ensure seamless alignment and execution of the company's overall strategy.

6. Risk Management and Loss Prevention:

- Implement effective security measures and loss prevention strategies to minimize shrinkage and protect the store's assets.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks, such as safety hazards, compliance issues, and fraud, and take appropriate actions to address them.
- Ensure the store's compliance with safety regulations and emergency preparedness protocols.Role & responsibilities
