Role & Technical Responsibilities:

- Responsible for receipt, inspection, storage and issuance of materials at site store in EPC/EPCM projects.

- Assist in overall warehouse/store operations including material handling, stacking, preservation and inventory control.

- Maintain proper records of material inward/outward, stock levels and material movement.

- Plan for unloading, verification and documentation of received materials against purchase orders and delivery challans.

- Assist in preparation of Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and ensure proper documentation and system entry.

- Track material issues, returns and reconciliation of stock on regular basis.

- Ensure proper identification, tagging and storage of materials as per material codes (CS, SS, LTCS, etc.).

- Assist in maintaining minimum stock levels and highlight shortages or critical materials to Store In-charge.

- Support periodic physical verification of inventory and assist in internal/external audits.

- Ensure proper preservation and protection of materials including handling of critical and commissioning spares.

- Coordinate with procurement, QA/QC and site teams for material inspection and clearance.

- Maintain housekeeping, safety and security of store area as per HSE guidelines.

- Assist in preparation of reports related to stock status, consumption and material tracking.

- Follow established procedures for material handling,



storage and documentation.

- Coordinate with vendors for material discrepancies and follow-up under guidance of Store In-charge.

- Support in ESDR/records maintenance and document control related to store activities.

- Working knowledge of SAP, tkUIPL SMS, UD SMS and Insite LMS for inventory management, material tracking and reporting

Requirements

- Qualification – Graduate in any discipline with Diploma in Stores / Materials Management

- Experience in store/warehouse operations for Oil & Gas / Refinery / Industrial projects preferred

- Basic knowledge of pipes, fittings and industrial materials (elbows, flanges, valves, etc.)

- Familiarity with material codes and specifications (CS, SS, LTCS, etc.)

- Understanding of GRN process, material receipt, issue and reconciliation procedures

- Exposure to inventory management systems/software preferred

- Knowledge of material preservation, storage practices and handling of critical materials

- Basic understanding of safety practices and store management procedures

- Positive communication skills (written and spoken English)

- Coordination skills to work with procurement, QA/QC, site and vendor teams

- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record keeping

- Ability to work in team and support store/warehouse operations effectively
