Are you someone who understands luxury fashion, loves ethnic wear, and knows how to turn a great customer experience into lasting relationships? ?

We’re looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead the retail experience for a prestigious luxury ethnic fashion brand.

? What You’ll Own:

? Drive store sales, targets & profitability

? Lead, coach & motivate the store team

✨ Deliver personalized styling and exceptional luxury customer experiences

? Guide clients on sarees, lehengas, RTW, fabrics, colours & accessories

?️ Drive merchandising and maintain premium store standards

? Manage stock, inventory, cash & loss control

? Handle customer queries and turn them into memorable experiences

? Coordinate with buying, operations and management teams

? What We’re Looking For:

✔️ 8 + years of experience in Store Management / Fashion Retail

✔️ Mandatory: Experience in Luxury Ethnic Fashion

✔️ Strong understanding of ethnic wear, styling, fabrics, trends & accessories

✔️ Proven experience in achieving sales targets and managing a retail team

✔️ Excellent communication, interpersonal & client-handling skills

✔️ Robust eye for detail, presentation and luxury retail standards

✔️ Comfortable working weekends and during festive seasons
