About Ferentina Paris

Ferentina Paris is a quick-growing premium imported clothing brand specializing in original branded apparel from Japan and Europe. We are expanding our retail operations across Northeast India and are looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to lead our Kohima store.

This is a leadership role for someone who is passionate about retail, sales, customer service, inventory management, and team development.

Key ResponsibilitiesStore Operations

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail store.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards.
- Monitor store opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure company policies and SOPs are followed.

Sales Management
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Motivate the team to maximize sales.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Improve customer experience and increase repeat business.
- Plan and execute promotional activities and seasonal sales.

Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate stock records.
- Receive and verify incoming stock.
- Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits.
- Identify damaged, missing, or slow-moving inventory.
- Ensure proper product display and stock replenishment.

Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff.
- Assign daily responsibilities.
- Monitor attendance and punctuality.
- Evaluate staff performance.
- Build a disciplined, customer-focused, and high-performing team.

Cash & Billing
- Supervise billing operations.
- Ensure accurate cash handling.
- Verify daily cash collection.
- Maintain proper sales and expense records.

Reporting Prepare and submit daily reports including:




- Daily Sales Report
- Customer Footfall
- Opening & Closing Stock
- Stock Received
- Stock Sold
- Cash Collection
- Expenses (if any)
- Staff Attendance
- Customer Feedback
- Operational Issues

Visual Merchandising
- Maintain attractive product displays.
- Ensure products are properly arranged and categorized.
- Keep the store updated with seasonal collections and promotional displays.

Preferred Experience

- Experience managing a clothing or fashion retail store.
- Ability to independently manage store operations.
- Experience with premium apparel brands will be an added advantage.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Retail Management, Sales, Business Administration, and Marketing.
