:

- Manage daily store and purchasing operations of the hotel.

- Coordinate with departments to identify and fulfill material requirements.

- Source materials from approved vendors and obtain competitive quotations.

- Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of items.

- Check the quality, quantity, and specifications of materials received.

- Maintain proper stock levels and ensure accurate inventory records.

- Monitor stock movement, consumption, and minimum stock levels.

- Coordinate with suppliers regarding rates, quality, and delivery schedules.

- Ensure proper storage and handling of all materials.

- Conduct regular stock verification and resolve discrepancies.

- Maintain purchase and store-related documents and records.

- Ensure purchasing is carried out within approved budgets and hotel policies.

- Coordinate with Accounts and other departments for purchase and payment-related matters.

- Ensure proper control of wastage, shortages, and unnecessary purchases.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
