Job Purpose To manage store operations, inventory control, warehouse activities and dispatches, ensuring accurate stock management, proper material handling and timely delivery of materials to customers/sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily store, warehouse and dispatch operations.
- Ensure proper receipt, storage, issue and movement of materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ERP entries.
- Monitor stock levels, slow-moving and non-moving materials.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Projects, Sales and Service for material requirements.
- Plan and coordinate timely dispatches as per customer/project requirements.
- Ensure proper packing, documentation and transportation arrangements.
- Prepare stock and dispatch MIS reports.
- Maintain proper housekeeping,



safety and material identification in the warehouse.
- Lead and supervise the stores and dispatch team.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and processes.

Experience & Qualification Experience: 5 to 7 years in Stores/Warehouse/Dispatch, preferably in Manufacturing.

Qualification: Graduate/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations or related field

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
