About the Role

Mahendra Transformers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and organized Store Keeper to manage day-to-day store operations, inventory, material receipts, and issuance. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in store/inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, inspect, and maintain incoming materials as per purchase documents.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, material receipts, and material issues.
- Issue raw materials, components, tools, and other items to concerned departments as per authorized requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and identify shortages or excess stock.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Maintain proper storage, labeling, and identification of materials.
- Prepare and maintain GRN, stock registers, material issue slips, and other store-related documents.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Accounts departments regarding material requirements.




- Ensure proper housekeeping and safe storage of materials in the store.
- Follow company procedures for inventory control, documentation, and material handling.
- Assist in periodic stock audits and prepare inventory reports.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of relevant experience as a Store Keeper / Store Executive / Inventory Assistant.
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial company will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and basic computer operations.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to identify and track materials accurately.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Candidate should be disciplined, responsible, and comfortable working in a factory/store environment.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Material issue/receipt processes, and stock registers.
- Basic understanding of ERP/software-based inventory management is an advantage.
- Good numerical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate with different departments.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
