Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store In-Charge to manage the complete store and inventory operations at our manufacturing unit in Agartala. The candidate will be responsible for material receipt, storage, inventory control, issuance, documentation, and coordination with Purchase, Production, Dispatch, and Accounts departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of the store.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming raw materials, finished goods, spare parts, and other materials.
- Maintain proper records of GRN, material receipts, issues, transfers, and returns.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, and systematic arrangement of materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and prevent shortages, excess stock, and material loss.




- Issue materials to the Production and Maintenance departments as per approved requirements.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation with system records.
- Monitor slow-moving, non-moving, damaged, and obsolete inventory.
- Maintain proper documentation and inventory records in Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Coordinate with the Purchase department regarding material requirements and shortages.
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Dispatch, and Accounts for smooth material movement.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
- Supervise store staff, helpers, and loading/unloading activities.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and security within the store area.
- Prepare regular stock and inventory reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standard store procedures.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
