We're Hiring: Storage Administrator | NetApp & Veeam | Hybrid – India | 3–5 Years

Techwurkz is hiring an experienced Storage Administrator for a leading global technology environment. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on NetApp storage, Veeam backup/restore, operational support, and ticket management experience.

Position Details

✔ Role: Storage Administrator

✔ Experience: 3–5 Years

✔ Location: Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata & Gurugram

✔ Work Model: Hybrid (WFH during night shifts)

✔ Shift: Rotational US Shifts; roster changes every 2 weeks

✔ Role Type: Individual Contributor

What You'll Do

✔ Provide end-to-end administration and operational support for NetApp storage environments.

✔ Perform Veeam backup, restore, monitoring, and troubleshooting activities.

✔ Monitor storage and backup environments and proactively address issues.

✔ Manage incidents and service requests through ticketing systems while meeting defined SLAs.

✔ Troubleshoot storage, backup, and recovery issues and perform root-cause analysis.

✔ Support day-to-day infrastructure operations and maintenance.

✔ Coordinate with technical teams and stakeholders to resolve incidents efficiently.

✔ Communicate clearly with client-facing teams and provide timely status updates.

What We're Looking For

✔ 3–5 years of experience in Storage Administration / Infrastructure Operations.

✔ Strong hands-on experience with NetApp storage administration.





✔ Experience with Veeam Backup & Restore.

✔ Understanding of enterprise storage and backup operations.

✔ Solid ticket management and SLA-driven operational support experience.

✔ Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.

✔ Strong communication and client-facing skills.

✔ Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with technical teams.
