- Manage daily inward and outward movement of jewellery stock.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP/software.
- Verify gold, diamond, silver, and precious jewellery during receiving and dispatch.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly physical stock audits.
- Reconcile physical stock with system inventory and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare stock reports, ageing reports, and shortage/excess reports.
- Coordinate with the sales team for counter replenishment and product allocation.
- Ensure proper tagging, barcoding, and product documentation.
- Maintain vault and stock room security as per company SOPs.
- Handle inter-branch stock transfers and vendor returns.
- Supervise stock executives and ensure process compliance.
