Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure complete adherence to audit procedures and timely execution of all audit engagements.
- Actively liaise with clients to obtain necessary information and resolve audit-related queries.
- Develop a strong understanding of the client’s business, especially in the NBFC and banking sector.
- Plan, execute, and deliver statutory audit and assurance engagements.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients in smaller audit assignments.
- Maintain proper audit documentation in line with firm policies and regulatory requirements.
- Identify potential audit issues, assess risks, and present practical solutions to senior management/partners.
- Supervise and guide CA Article Trainees and junior team members during assignments.





Job Requirements:

- Solid knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and auditing standards, particularly related to NBFCs and banks.
- Prior experience in statutory audit, specifically in NBFC and/or banking audits.
- Experience in leading audit assignments as a team leader or audit in-charge.
- Ability to independently manage client interactions and multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Result-oriented with a proactive and ownership-driven approach.
- Team player with the ability to mentor junior staff.
- Willingness to travel as required for audit engagements.
