Role Description The Real Estate Salesperson at BrickRise Properties is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The individual in this role will manage property listings, conduct site visits, and guide clients through the purchase, sale, or lease of real estate. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and following up with leads, conducting market research, presenting property options, and negotiating offers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. The Real Estate Salesperson will maintain accurate documentation, coordinate with builders and internal teams,



and ensure a smooth, transparent transaction process for all clients. The role also involves building long-term client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and representing the brand professionally at all times.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Real Estate knowledge, including Real Property and local market understanding.
