Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced PR professional with a strong background in Consumer PR to lead strategic communication initiatives, manage key client relationships, and drive impactful media engagement. The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of experience in a PR agency, with a proven track record of managing consumer-facing brands and integrated communication campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute integrated PR and communication strategies for consumer and lifestyle brands.
Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, influencers, and key media stakeholders across consumer, lifestyle, business, and digital media.
Provide strategic counsel to clients and act as a trusted communications partner.
Lead media outreach, thought leadership, product launches, brand campaigns, leadership profiling, and events.
Drive brand visibility across print, digital, broadcast,



and influencer platforms.
Independently manage multiple client accounts and senior client stakeholders, ensuring seamless campaign execution and delivery.
Identify opportunities to create solid news narratives, content pegs, and media moments for clients.
Mentor and guide team members while driving collaboration and quality of work across accounts.
Monitor media coverage, evaluate campaign performance, and provide actionable insights to clients.
Contribute to new business development through pitches, proposals, campaign ideation, and strategic recommendations.
Handle reputation management and crisis communication mandates when required.
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in Public Relations, with PR agency experience only.
Strong experience in Consumer PR, preferably across lifestyle, FMCG, retail, fashion, beauty, food & beverage, or other consumer-facing categories.
