Role Description
The Business Development Manager will lead initiatives to identify, pursue, and secure recent business opportunities for Digital Amigos. This full time, on site role based in Raipur involves prospecting potential clients, conducting sales meetings and presentations and building strong, long term relationships across various industries. The role includes understanding client needs, proposing tailored digital marketing and IT solutions, negotiating contracts and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers. The Business Development Manager will track sales pipelines, prepare reports and contribute to growth strategies by analyzing market trends and competitor activities. The position also requires regular follow ups, client account management and participation in networking events or industry forums to expand the company’s market presence.

Candidates should possess skills in basic understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, SMM, GMB, web/app development) to align solutions with client needs.
Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, along with prior experience in B2B sales or agency business development.
Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with CRM tools, strong organizational and time management abilities and comfort working with performance targets.
