Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for a Head of Data to join our leadership team and define the future of data at Easyship, from strategy and infrastructure to AI innovation and business enablement. This role is pivotal in transforming how we use data to make decisions, innovate, and scale. You'll lead the charge in unlocking the value of data across the business, driving operational efficiency, product intelligence, and long-term strategic advantage.





What You Additionally Need To Know

This is a full-time, onsite role based in our Bengaluru (MG Road) office. The role follows UK collaboration hours (11:00AM–8:00PM IST) to support seamless cross-regional execution.

What Would Be You Be Responsible For

Owning and defining our company-wide Data & AI strategy, ensuring it's tightly aligned with Easyship’s business goals.
Leading and scaling a high-performing data team across analytics, data engineering, and (eventually) data science.
Championing AI and machine learning initiatives, supporting the company’s evolution toward a smarter, more automated product.
Collaborating with leaders across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to ensure data is accessible, actionable, and impactful.
Guiding architectural decisions, including analytics platforms, infrastructure, and tooling — even if not hands-on day-to-day.
