Kaz Worldwide Travel Ltd is an established UK travel company operating two brands — Kaz Travel, a call-driven agency, and FlyersHub, our online travel platform. We're expanding our Gurgaon sales team and looking for high-energy closers.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 5 years' sales experience, with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
Prior experience working with a UK-based company (UK process / UK customer handling essential)
Hands-on experience converting Meta (Skyscanner,Kayak etc) enquiries over phone, WhatsApp and other channels
Working knowledge of GDS (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre) — searching, fares, and booking
Aggressive,



conversion-driven mindset — someone who chases the lead and closes
Strong spoken English and confident phone manner
Comfortable with high call volumes and fast follow-ups
Travel/OTA sales background is a solid plus
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound Meta-generated enquiries via phone and WhatsApp
Convert leads into confirmed bookings and maximise conversion rates
Use GDS to search fares, build itineraries and issue bookings
Follow up persistently and manage your own pipeline
Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets
