Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP Emarsys Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, integration, and optimization of SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement solutions.
The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in marketing automation, customer segmentation, campaign management, personalization, omnichannel engagement, and SAP Emarsys integrations. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable customer engagement solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Implement, configure, and support SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement solutions.
Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
Design and configure Automation Programs, customer journeys, triggers, and lifecycle campaigns.
Create and manage customer segments, contact lists, personalization rules, and targeting strategies.
Configure and execute email, SMS, mobile push, web,
and other omnichannel campaigns.
Support campaign templates, scheduling, A/B testing, personalization, and campaign optimization.
Manage customer data imports, exports, synchronization, and data quality.
Work on integrations between SAP Emarsys and SAP/non-SAP systems using APIs and other integration mechanisms.
Troubleshoot issues related to campaigns, automation, integrations, data synchronization, and platform configuration.
Monitor campaign performance and provide insights based on engagement and conversion metrics.
Support end-to-end testing, deployment, production support, and issue resolution.
Prepare functional/technical documentation and conduct knowledge-transfer sessions.
Collaborate with marketing, business, development, integration, and client teams.
Ensure customer engagement activities follow applicable data privacy and consent requirements.
