Services include 24/7 emergency support, doctor house calls, nursing and ayah care, physiotherapy, dementia care, diagnostics at home, senior care homes, medical devices on rent or sale, and curated senior travel and events.

Role Description: The Digital Marketing Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Kolkata. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimising digital marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and generate leads for TriBeCa Care’s elder care services.

Day-to-day tasks include managing social media channels, creating and scheduling content, monitoring online engagement, and running targeted online marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The specialist will analyse web and campaign performance data, prepare regular reports, and recommend improvements to enhance reach and conversion.



Collaboration with internal teams to align messaging, maintain the website, and support offline marketing initiatives is also expected.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing, WordPress, Shopify and Web Analytics to optimise campaigns, track performance, and report on key metrics.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to create clear, engaging content and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing tools, and content management systems is beneficial.
Prior experience in healthcare, elder care, or service-oriented industries is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work on-site in Kolkata, manage multiple projects, and adapt to a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
