We are looking for a Content Strategist / Social Media Manager who can think strategically, develop strong content ideas and manage social media for multiple brands from planning to execution.
Role Overview
The role involves content strategy, social media management, campaign ideation, trend research, creative direction, client coordination and performance analysis.
You will work closely with designers, videographers, editors and account teams, while also interacting directly with clients and occasionally participating in content shoots.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Planning
Develop monthly and weekly content strategies, blogs, whitepapers,



research articles and calendars for multiple brands.
Plan Reels, posts, carousels, stories, Shorts and other platform-specific content.
Develop content pillars, themes, formats and brand-specific communication styles.
Research competitors, trends, audience behaviour and relevant cultural moments.
Creative & Campaign Ideation
Develop creative concepts, campaign ideas, Reel concepts and social-first content formats.
Identify opportunities around festivals, trends, current events and cultural moments.
Provide creative direction, references and briefs to designers, videographers and editors.
Ensure content is relevant, engaging, visually strong and aligned with brand objectives.
Social Media Management
Manage content publishing across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, X and other relevant platforms.
Coordinate captions, hashtags, posting schedules and content approvals.
Monitor comments, DMs and audience responses
