Role Description This is a full-time Data Entry Specialist role in a hybrid work arrangement based at Hyderabad House, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Data Entry Specialist will accurately input, update, and maintain data in company systems related to shipments, pin codes, customer information, and logistics records. Responsibilities include verifying the completeness and accuracy of data, correcting discrepancies, and ensuring timely data entry to support daily operations and reporting. The role involves working with spreadsheets and internal databases,



organizing documentation, and coordinating with operations and customer support teams to resolve data-related issues. The Data Entry Specialist will also follow data security and confidentiality guidelines and support process improvements for more efficient data management.
Qualifications
Strong data entry, typing accuracy, and attention to detail, with the ability to handle high volumes of information.
Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic data management tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar applications).
Valuable organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain structured records.
Clear written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and clarify data requirements.
Basic understanding of logistics, courier operations, or e-commerce workflows is an advantage.
