Role Description This is a full-time, in office Production Team Leader role based in Chennai. The Production Team Leader oversees daily shop-floor activities, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards. Responsibilities include planning and scheduling production, allocating work to team members, monitoring output, and resolving operational issues in real time.



The role involves supervising and guiding production staff, providing transparent instructions, training where needed, and supporting performance improvements. The Production Team Leader also collaborates with operations management on process optimization, maintains accurate production records, and communicates progress and challenges to relevant stakeholders.
