Role Description The Territory Sales Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for driving solar project sales within an assigned geographic area. This role includes identifying and qualifying leads, conducting virtual and in-person customer meetings, and presenting tailored solar solutions based on client needs. The manager will prepare proposals, coordinate with technical and project teams, and follow up on opportunities through to closure.



Day-to-day activities also involve maintaining a robust sales pipeline, providing timely customer support, and monitoring market trends and competitor activity. The role requires regular reporting on sales performance, supporting marketing initiatives, and delivering product and solution training to channel partners or internal teams as needed.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, build trust, and manage ongoing relationships.
Candidates should possess proven Sales and Sales Management skills to meet targets, manage pipelines, and drive revenue growth within the assigned territory.
Candidates should possess Training skills to educate customers, partners, and team members on solar solutions and value propositions.
Relevant experience in solar, renewable energy, or technical solution sales is highly beneficial.
