Role Description The Sales Leader West Edtech role at WhyCosmos is a full time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for driving sales growth across the western region, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and developing strategic partnerships with schools, learning centers,



and other educational institutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting regional sales targets, tracking performance metrics, leading presentations and demos to prospective clients, and overseeing the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure. The Sales Leader will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and academic teams to refine value propositions, support go-to-market initiatives, and ensure a seamless customer experience. This role also involves coaching and training team members, optimizing sales processes, and providing regular market feedback to inform product and strategy decisions.
Qualifications

Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, with proven experience in driving regional revenue growth and leading high-performing teams.
