Role Description The Team Leader – Health Insurance is a full time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for leading and supervising a team handling health insurance processes, including customer service, policy administration, claims support,



and sales-related activities. The Team Leader oversees daily operations, monitors performance metrics, allocates workloads, and ensures adherence to service level agreements and quality standards. The role involves coaching and mentoring team members, resolving escalated customer issues, coordinating with internal stakeholders and insurance partners, and implementing process improvements. The Team Leader also contributes to meeting financial and operational targets, supports training initiatives, and maintains accurate reporting for management review.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Insurance and Health Insurance domain knowledge, including policy features, claims processes, and regulatory compliance.
