About the Role
Click 72 is looking for an experienced International Sales Telecaller who can confidently communicate with potential clients, understand their business requirements, explain our digital marketing services clearly, and generate qualified business leads.
This is not a script-reading or random calling role. The candidate should be comfortable having a genuine business conversation, identifying the prospect's problem, creating interest and moving the prospect towards the next step.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and businesses.
Handle international and domestic prospects professionally.
Understand the prospect's business, requirements and current marketing situation.
Introduce relevant Click 72 services based on the prospect's actual requirement.
Explain services such as:
Google Business Profile (GBP) Optimization
SEO
Website & Landing Page Development
Google Ads / Meta Ads
Social Media Management
Lead Generation
CRM & Automation
Identify genuine prospects and generate qualified leads.
Handle objections regarding pricing,



existing agencies, budget, timing and requirements.
Follow up systematically with interested prospects.
Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, follow-ups and lead status.
Coordinate qualified prospects with the concerned sales/management team.
Meet daily and monthly calling and qualified-lead targets.
Keep the CRM/task sheet updated after every relevant interaction.
Provide regular updates on lead quality, objections and market feedback.

Communication Requirements
Robust communication is essential.
The candidate should have:
Good English pronunciation and conversational ability
Fluent Hindi
Fluent Bengali
Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with different types of customers.
Ability to adapt the conversation according to the customer's personality and requirements.
International calling experience will be an advantage.
