Role Description The Engineering Manager Offshore Structures will lead and oversee the design and analysis of fixed and floating offshore structures,



ensuring technical quality, safety, and compliance with industry standards. This full-time, in office role located in Delhi, India involves managing engineering teams, reviewing structural calculations and design deliverables, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams for jackets, jack-up rigs, FPSO topsides, drillships, and semi-submersible topsides across fabrication, transportation, installation, and in-place conditions. The person in this role will plan and allocate resources, supervise project schedules, and maintain close communication with clients to clarify requirements, present design solutions, and address technical issues. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding the use of specialized software, mentoring engineers, approving reports and drawings, and supporting subsea and marine engineering projects as needed.
