PDFCraftor has been engaged by a leading foundational AI lab for a project focused on training their latest language model - and we're building our team for it. We're looking for experienced Site Reliability Engineers / Incident Commanders to join us on real-world workflows involving professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.

? Role: Incident Management / SRE & Reliability Lead
? Type: Part time | Fully Remote | Work on your own schedule

What you'll work on:
? Writing & reviewing blameless postmortems and root-cause analyses
?️ Creating on-call runbooks and severity/escalation write-ups
? Building SLO and error-budget reports, remediation action-item trackers




? Refining reliability review decks

Requirements:
✅ 4+ years as a Site Reliability Engineer, Incident Commander, or production/on-call engineering lead
✅ Direct ownership of writing or reviewing blameless postmortems and root-cause analyses
✅ Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

? Compensation: $15/hour
⏱️ Commitment: 5–20 hrs/week (flexible, more if you want)
? Location: 100% Remote
