We are looking for a Customer Service Associate to join the passionate Codingal team.
Key Responsibilities




Provide an exceptional experience to customers.
Provide technical support to parents and teachers.
Provide chat, email, and call support to customers.
Handle escalation tickets.
Schedule, reschedule, and manage student classes.
Act as a relationship expert and ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
Requirements
Prior Customer Service experience of at least 6 months.
Fluency in English communication.
Bachelor's degree.
Availability to work from the office.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced Ed-Tech environment.
