Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Customer Success role based in Bengaluru.
The Customer Success team member will work closely with clients to onboard them onto Robylon AI’s agentic platform, configure workflows, and monitor performance to ensure high automation rates and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities include understanding client support processes, analyzing platform metrics, gathering feedback,



and proactively identifying opportunities to improve AI responses and integrations.
The role involves regular communication with client stakeholders, preparing reports and recommendations, coordinating with product and engineering teams on feature requests or issues, and guiding customers on best practices for using the platform.
The person in this role will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients realize measurable value and maintain long-term partnerships.

Qualifications
Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Support and Customer Service, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
Ability to drive Customer Satisfaction through proactive engagement, issue resolution, and value-focused account management.
Solid Analytical Skills to interpret support metrics, identify trends, and propose data-driven improvements.
Clear and professional Communication skills for explaining technical concepts in straightforward terms and managing stakeholder expectations.
