About the Role
We are looking for a high-ownership HR Manager / People & Talent professional with 2–4 years of experience to manage recruitment, people operations, performance and culture for our growing startup.
You will work closely with the Founder/CEO and take ownership of building a strong, disciplined and high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, interviews, negotiation and onboarding.
Proactively attract strong candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals and direct outreach.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring.
Manage HR operations, attendance, leave, onboarding, documentation and employee lifecycle.
Drive employee engagement, discipline, accountability and workplace culture.
Implement KRAs, performance reviews and performance tracking.




Handle employee concerns and resolve day-to-day people issues independently.
Build practical HR policies, SOPs and systems as the company scales.
Partner directly with the Founder on hiring, team performance and organizational growth.
Gradually take ownership beyond HR into people leadership and business operations.
What We're Looking For
2–4 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, HR Generalist or People Operations roles.
Startup / high-growth company experience preferred.
Robust experience in recruitment and candidate sourcing.
Excellent communication, negotiation and people-management skills.
Ability to be people-friendly while maintaining discipline and high standards.
Strong ownership and problem-solving mindset.
Comfortable working directly with founders in a fast-moving environment.
Ambition to grow into a broader leadership / business operations role.
