Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Promoter role based in Hathras with Airtel Payments Bank. The Promoter will engage with customers at designated banking points or partner locations to explain Airtel Payments Bank products and services,



assist with account opening, and support digital payment onboarding. Responsibilities include demonstrating key features of the Safe Second Account, RuPay On-the-Go Cards, FASTag, and other offerings, while encouraging sign-ups and usage through effective product education. The role also involves resolving basic customer queries, guiding customers through app-based transactions, and collecting feedback to improve service quality. The Promoter will work closely with local sales and operations teams to meet activation and usage targets, maintain accurate records of customer interactions, and represent the brand professionally in all on-ground activities.
