Key Responsibilities: Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to define business challenges, project objectives, and strategic priorities. Lead strategy, transformation, cost optimisation, growth, and operational improvement initiatives. Conduct market research, benchmarking, financial analysis, and data-driven assessments to develop actionable recommendations. Structure complex business problems and lead project workstreams from analysis through implementation planning. Develop executive-ready presentations, reports, dashboards, and business cases for senior stakeholders. Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication to ensure timely delivery. Facilitate workshops and project review meetings and present findings to senior leadership. Support implementation and change management activities.

Skills Required Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Finance, or related discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred. 3–7 years of experience in management/strategy consulting, preferably with robust exposure to the energy sector. Prior experience in energy, power, renewables, utilities, oil & gas, energy transition, or sustainability is preferred. Strong structured problem-solving, analytical, financial analysis, and business case development skills. Strong project management, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills. Proficiency in Power Point and Excel; experience with data analysis preferred.
