Role Description This is a full-time remote Law Intern role for the Tax and corporate matters at Law Ride. The Law Intern will assist advocates with legal research, case law analysis, and the preparation of legal documents and summaries. Daily responsibilities include organizing case files, drafting basic legal correspondence and forms under supervision,



and helping ensure that client information is accurately maintained on the platform. The intern will collaborate with legal professionals to clarify legal issues, support client communications, and contribute to the continuous improvement of platform processes and resources. The role offers exposure to diverse legal matters and practice areas while working closely with experienced advocates in a remote environment.

Qualifications
Foundational knowledge of Law and the ability to identify and understand common Legal Issues.
Skills in Legal Consulting support, including assisting with client intake, case assessment, and legal research.
Ability to perform Legal Document Preparation such as drafting, reviewing, and organizing contracts, notices, and basic pleadings under supervision.
