About the Role
Quillance is looking for motivated and ambitious individuals to join our Business Development team. This role offers hands-on experience in sales, client engagement, and business strategy while working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities
Connect with prospective students and generate leads.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable programs.
Follow up with leads and drive conversions.
Maintain CRM records and daily activity reports.
Achieve assigned business targets.




Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Eligibility
Fresh graduates or final-year students from any discipline.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Compensation
Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 per month
Performance Incentives: Up to ₹10,000 per month
Pre-Placement Offer (PPO)
High-performing interns will be considered for a full time Business Development Associate role with an annual CTC of ₹4 LPA to ₹6 LPA based on performance.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
