We are looking for a seasoned marketing professional who would play an important role in the Brand repositioning.

We are in the Drone industry as manufacturer as well as Service provider into the Indian market and trying to inter global. The vision for the organization is to become a significant leading manufacturer and service provider of Drone sectors in Globe Market. The Company operates at multiple levels and channels to address a variety of customers from D2C, B2B and B2C and has ambitious development plans to grow at 100% YoY in Revenue.

Key Accountabilities
Strong focus on budgets, targets and its achievements. This includes full P&L; responsibility and outlining requirements of capital with defined returns.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement the brand's overall marketing strategy and plan, including short-term and long-term goals, in alignment with the brand's business objectives and target audience. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to inform marketing strategies.

Brand Management:



Lead brand management efforts to ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across all marketing channels and touchpoints. Develop and maintain brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity. Oversee the creation of brand campaigns, promotions, and initiatives to enhance brand awareness and perception.

Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team, including hiring, training, and performance management. Provide clear direction, set expectations, and foster a collaborative and inclusive work culture. Develop team members' skills and capabilities through regular feedback, coaching, and career development opportunities.

Marketing Communications: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing communication plans that encompass various channels, such as print and digital advertising, social media, email marketing, public relations, events, and collaborations.
