​About the Role:
We are looking for a highly driven and well-connected sales professional to spearhead our growth in the Delhi and National Capital Region (NCR). In this role, you will be the face of our Aashirwad brand, engaging directly with top-tier construction companies, real estate developers, and major contractors to secure product approvals and drive project sales.
​Key Responsibilities
​Identify, approach, and build strong relationships with key decision-makers (Procurement, Safety Officers, Project Managers) at construction companies across Delhi NCR.
​Present and secure mandatory site approvals for our premium safety product line, including:
​Aashirwad Knotless Nets
​FR (Flame Retardant) Safety Nets
​Monofilament Safety Nets
​Conduct site visits, technical product demonstrations, and negotiate vendor contracts.
​Track upcoming construction and infrastructure projects in the region to build a robust sales pipeline.




​Act as a technical consultant to clients, ensuring they meet their on-site safety compliance through our product offerings.
​What We Are Looking For
​Proven B2B sales or business development experience, specifically within the construction, infrastructure, or building materials industry.
​Existing network and relationships with construction companies, builders, and civil contractors in the Delhi NCR area.
​Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with a track record of successfully getting new products approved by corporate procurement and safety teams.
​Ability to travel extensively across the designated territory.
