Role Description The Business Development Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Sattur. This position is responsible for identifying and qualifying new leads, nurturing relationships with educational partners and institutional clients, and promoting NxtSync’s e-courses, certificates, internships, and project offerings. Day-to-day activities include conducting market research, analyzing trends in education and training services,



and developing outreach strategies to expand NxtSync’s learner and partner base. The specialist will manage communication with prospective and existing clients, prepare proposals and presentations, and collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with market needs. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, providing regular reports on business growth, and supporting continuous improvement of sales and engagement processes.
