Role Description The Business Manager role at Jainam is a full time, in office position based in Bhopal. This role is responsible for overseeing branch operations, ensuring service quality, and driving business growth through new client acquisition and relationship management. The Business Manager will monitor sales performance, set and track targets, and support the team with training, coaching, and performance feedback.
